Where are you located and where do you ship?
We are US owned and operated with our main headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia. We ship orders anywhere within the continental US from our distributed network of warehouses operated by our logistics partners in California, Illinois, Texas, Toronto, New York, and Florida.
How much is shipping?
We're proud to provide FREE SHIPPING on all of our products throughout the Continental United States.
Do you charge sales tax?
No (with the exception of CA and WY). This is one of the major benefits of buying from Peak Wellness USA.
When will my sauna get here?
1-2 weeks. In stock products will ship out within 2-4 business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, depending on where you're located, transit time will take between 3-7 business days.
Does my sauna come assembled? If not, can you assemble it?
The saunas that we carry come pre-fabricated on pallets. They each come with instruction manuals for assembly and most of them require no tools to assemble. On average it takes two people less than 1.5 hours to fully assemble the saunas we sell, although that time can vary based on the size of the sauna and your level of comfort in assembling it. If you would like to add installation service to your order, please let us know and we will provide you with a quote for approval. Also, please note, if you add Assembly Services to your order, we will schedule your assembly AFTER delivery. Our delivery companies DO NOT do the install. We will schedule your assembly with our certified technicians post-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the items inside their home/room of choice prior to our technicians arriving.
Do you provide financing?

What happens after I place an order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we will being preparing your product for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 24-48 hours prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to schedule your delivery appointment. You must be home to accept and sign for the delivery during your appointment as scheduled.
How hot do your saunas get?
Traditional saunas typically get up to 202 F while infrared saunas get up to 140 F.

Easy to assemble, heats up quickly, and maintains the temperature consistently.
We just finished putting our Sauna together. We were impressed by how well it was packaged and it was relatively easy to put together. If you follow the instructions it goes together very well. Everything was great except for the bench seat. It has a crack where it was put together in one corner. I will be contacting someone to get it replaced. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
There seems to be a lot of health benefits from regular use of a sauna. So my wife and I visited Mainely Tubs to sit in a one / two person sauna. (Mainely comes to your house and installs the sauna, although you are still responsible for the electrical requirements.) We liked the sauna, but we didn’t like the price, $6,400 ???, but to entice us, we received one discount when we stepped out of the sauna, and a second discount as we stepped toward the exit. The problem with engineers (me) … ok, one of many problems with engineers is the ability to instantaneously calculate the COGS in less 10 seconds and devise a complete manufacturing process in parallel. So, we left, went home, and started searching online for similar saunas, and found the Dynamic Barcelona (low EMF FAR infrared) for less than $2,000. But to make a final decision I needed detailed information about the sauna, so I started sending inquiries to online distributors, many of which have yet to reply. And after contacting 5 or 6 distributors, one company clearly surpassed all others. Peak Wellness understands supplier responsiveness to customer concerns, something that seems to have been lost over the past few years. And yes, the information provided by Peak enabled me to seamlessly assembly and install the sauna, which is an excellent addition to our walk-in closet. I highly recommend Peak Wellness as a provider of your sauna.
This sauna is just the right size for my husband and I to be in together or stretched out one at a time. Our adult son uses it daily as well. It went together easily. It’s now our favorite evening activity.

I have been wanting a personal sauna for many years and have been consistently researching, talking to different brands, looking at reviews. Nothing hit all of the buttons until Peak wellness. I ordered the Lugano. First thing after placing the order was to get the confirmation. Then I got an email with a video attached personally thanking me for the order. Wow! If only all customer service is done this way. I then got an email stating that it was delivered. I called Austin and he gave me the right info about the delivery. (he did not show it as delivered). I got it a few days later and it came on a pallet and was strapped down and was package, both on the pallet and in the boxes, the best I have seen for any delivery I have received. My son and I put it together in about 45 minutes. It went together really well as it is built very sturdy, and the instructions were very clear. My wife and I have used it several times now and LOVE it. We have already recommended it to several people.
