I have been wanting an infrared sauna for years to use as a non-invasive treatment of health issues. Kept looking at them at trade shows (those were not even full spectrum for much higher prices). My husband ran into someone who got a FS sauna from Peak Wellness. After a conversation, he ordered the Santiago 2 person FS. Delivery was great. The two of us put it together in less than 30 minutes. Honestly, unpacking it took longer, as the sauna was packaged extremely well to prevent damage. It has been set up for 4 days, and I have used it every day. It’s a game changer. The quality is amazing. It heats up quickly, and the chromotherapy is an added bonus.
I had a question about the cord length before the sauna arrived - was deciding on exact setup location based on that answer. Customer Service answered me in less than 5 minutes. This is a very responsive company. Austin emailed a personalized thank you video after it was ordered. What company does that?!?! If you have been wanting a sauna, this is the company to order it from. Looking forward to charting health progress after using it for a longer period of time.

Received the sauna fast. It was packaged really well. Set up was easy. Everything seems to be functioning. Only one issue, the finish on the outside of the sauna is not very well done. Some bare spots on the corners and on the roof section. Not a deal breaker but for the price should be better

I highly recommend this Nora 2 hybrid sauna. Customer service was amazing during the entire process. Jeff was my sauna sales expert who helped me make my decision. His help even after the sauna arrived was awesome. I would by from them again hands down. Love the quality of this sauna.

Super easy to put together by myself so if you have a 2nd set of hands as recommended it should be a breeze. Austin was super easy to communicate with. Shipping company was awful/terrible with communication but can’t fault Peak for that. Overall, very pleased!

The sauna we ordered took no time in getting here. But trying to get in our home we had to get 4 young men to do it. But all in all the sauna is beautiful and just what we needed.

I purchased the radiant two person sauna by Finnmark and couldn’t be more pleased. The product heats up quickly and has all the needed features, including Bluetooth, lighting options, easy to use control panel and warm comforting heat. I’ve noticed I go to sleep more easily and sleep deeper on nights I use the sauna. It’s become an essential part of my wellness routine. I also can’t say enough positive things about Austin and the entire peak wellness support team. We had an installation issue and they were fast to respond and quick to follow up. Here’s a big shout out to Austin and the text support team who responded quickly on weekends and after hours! Amazing service!

Customer service was good. There was a couple hiccups and it worked out expeditiously and so far everything’s working great and doing what it should.

First of all, I was blown away by Austin personally reaching out to me after my purchase. Also, he was able to quickly answer some questions I had. That type of customer service is hard to find now a days. As far as the suana goes, my wife and I were able to move the boxes and assemble it without issue. It definitely took a longer than the stated 30 minutes, but once the boxes were open and parts identified, it went together easily. It worked amazingly great. We look forward to experiencing the many benifits with the convenience of having it in our home. Also, I'm glad I spent a little more for the two person as well. Thanks again for the great customer service along the way, Austin.

I’ve had my Serenity 2 for over two weeks and use it most every day. Really relaxed with best that I can remember sleep.

There was a shipping issue that caused me to have to pick up my sauna rather than it being delivered direct to my door. I contacted my sales rep and he sent me two backrests for my trouble! Exceptional service and very satisfied with quality of product. This has exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I love my new sauna! It looks really great! I feel so pampered, like I'm in a little retreat or Oasis! I'm trying out the chromotheray. There are so many benefits to using the sauna. I feel better knowing that it is an ultra-low EMF product.

Even the delivery driver was great, with no damages at all while enroute.

I’ve added three pictures to my review. They are not pics of the finished Venice 2 person sauna. You can see those in the sale brochure. It looks just as good as the literature. HERE’S MY SUGGESTION: Buy the Canadian Hemlock Backrests when you order your sauna! You get two for $99! DON’T cheap out! You’ll need these rests! My pics are of my backrests. I cut swim weenies and placed them on the back rungs. The rungs are not backbone friendly, but these really work! Another pic is of two tiny wood screws in the bottom legs of the backrest. The rest will slide backwards if you don’t. Screwed on the legs merely slip in between the seat slats! Very comfortable. I used turquoise swim weenies because it’s late in the season and pink was my only alternative! NOTE: This Sauna is great!

From start to finish this was a great experience. It started with a me looking at several options for saunas from several companies. A live conversation with Austin went through all the options, identifying what was important to me and deciding on the best option for me. From there, Austin was with me every step of the way; ordering, delivery, and set up. The icing on the cake was the personal video welcoming me into the Peak Wellness family. I have referred several people to Peak Wellness.

Easy online ordering. Order was immediately acknowledged. Shipped with in a week. Arrived safely packaged. Ongoing communication / updates thru out process. Recommend highly.

Easy to put together need 2 people less than a hour.
Works great, lights, heating and sound system are perfect.
Delivery service did not show up the day they said, so day wasted waiting. Showed up next day after I called them.

Never in a million years did I think I would own a sauna, let alone on a balcony in the city!

The Maxxus 2 person Seattle sauna in just perfect!

USE: My husband and I weight lift 5 days a week and using the sauna for muscle recovery has been amazing. I have a female autoimmune disease called Endometriosis. This disease wreaks havoc on my body in so many different ways, pain being a big one. I’ve been able to use the sauna to help with pain and overall stress management and mental health. I take advantage of the Bluetooth speakers and play some nice zen music and just completely unwind and destress. The sharpness and mental clarity I feel when getting out is truly amazing.

BUILD: We feel the build and quality are completely on par for what you pay. It’s not the most premium of materials and finishes by any means. But, it’s still really good and completely right for the price.
The process of building the sauna is fairly simple, just takes a bit of time is all. The individual pieces are heavy and do take two people to assemble. Not difficult though. My husband and I assembled our sauna in about and hour and a half with following instructions. We feel like if we ever had to take it apart to move and then rebuild, we could easily reassemble it in about 30 minutes.

PEAK WELLNESS: Austin and Jeff from Peak Wellness were an absolute dreams to work with. We had several questions about the sauna especially in regards to putting it outside on our balcony. We ordered the outdoor cover which they custom make to fit your sauna! They even let us select a different color then what they have online. They both communicated with such kindness and were so personable. Plus they answered every question with such a speedy response! It’s because of their amazing customer service that I’ve taken the time to write such a detailed review!!

10/10 would recommend!!
